One of Banner’s points of difference was that it never charged customers ATM fees no matter where they were. I led the team to create this spot that highlights the fact the true power of not paying comes not when you’re in New York or Los Angeles where options are many, but when you’re in the middle of nowhere.
Testimercials
Banner was in the initial stages of building a testimonial campaign when I joined the team. Rather than do the traditional testimonial clip, we wanted something more interesting and relatable, and created several of these “bites” that were pulled out of conversations we had with the customers who were featured. Run as both broadcast and digital, they led to a landing page where the full stories – both video and text – of how Banner helped the customers achieve their dreams lived.
